Fidget baby

My baby is 7m old. She's always been an ok sleeper. Only awoke once in the night for a feed. Recently she just seems very fidgety and I think sometimes she ends up waking herself up. Any advice? X

Same with mine. I figure it's trying to crawl and lots of developmental stuff, plus teething in our case. Download the wonder weeks app, very interesting. X

Yeah true. I have I've got it on my phone. She's going through the one off grey period at the moment. She's so inconsistent with her sleeping. Yesterday for example she slept 8.30 till 8. Tonight she was put to bed at 8.30, awake at 12.15am and is still awake rolling around her in cot and I've given her a bottle to try and get her to go over 😩 x
