Looking for advice. My little boy is 7 month's old born at 36 weeks ( 4 weeks ) early. He had always struggled with belly pains and at first said it was colic. This was ruled out and he we put on Nutramigen milk formula which is gluten and lactose free. He seemed to get better at first. I have been weaning him since he was 5 months and he loves good but it is blocking him up. The doctor first prescribed lactulose now has prescribed Movicol but this doesnt seem to help. He has one dirty happy every other day. He wakes about 12am for his first bottle but ends up in pain for about an hour then wakes about 4am and again is in pain. When he wakes up properly at 6am he farts and let's it all out and is then happy and ready for the day. Just trying to work out why he can't pass wind during the night. Any ideas??? I can't stand to see him in pain anymore, it's been over a month now xx
