6 month old started constantly waking HELP!

Hello. My 6 month old has never been a great sleeper, always restless, but generally for months has "slept" 7pm-7am waking for one night feed. Over the past 3 weeks she has started every sleep cycle, or sometimes every 10-15 minutes and needs dummy / water to settle back to sleep. It's getting worse each, with her now refusing to go back to sleep for large parts of the night. She is not crying, just awake and unsettled.
We have a great bedtime routine and from 10 weeks old she has went to sleep in her cot on her own straight after her bath every night. She can self soothe, and does this during the day, and when she first goes to bed - it seems she refuses to self soothe during night or something is keeping her awake. I am back to work in 5 weeks and tearing my hair out with exhaustion! Has anyone else suffered this? Thanks in advance (p.s crying it out makes her even worse)

Sorry, I meant "waking every sleep cycle"

Have you been giving her milk in the night or just water? As they go through a big growth spurt at 6 months. These all tend to be phases it won't last forever x

Yeah tried offering extra feeds in case it's hunger but she's refusing the milk and looking for the water which is strange x

I would suspect this is hunger related.

I would offer milk every time baby doesn't settle within a few minutes with dummy or if it was less than an hour since last wake up.

She's having 4 6oz bottles a day, 3 meals (porridge for breakfast, lunch and dinner). Happy to do the night feeds but she seems to be too restless to feed during night, she throws her head about. She used to actually feed better at night. I will try again and keep offering over a few nights and see if she improves. X

For comparison mine was on 7 or 8 7oz bottles during the day, given 2-2.5 hourly. Plus three multi-course meals mainly made up of protein and carbs.

I maintain baby is probably hungry.

I think 4 x 6oz bottles plus 3 meals sounds plenty. She doesn't sound hungry if she is thrashing her head about while you try to feed her. You say she is not crying but just awake. What happens if you leave her to it? Will she go back off to sleep on her own eventually? Does she have a comforter such as Ewan the sheep or something?
