Please please can anyone give me some advice ..
My little girl who is one this week has been waking for the past 6/7 weeks in the middle of the night.. it can b anywhere from 11pm-3am.. she wakes and screamed the house down !!!!!!!!!! She will only settle if I go through,,I've tried staying in the room with her and getting her to go back to sleep but she just crys.. now she's been coming into our bedroom.. she will be restless for anything up to 3hours before she settles again..most of the time she's throwing herself about my bed I can tell she's shattered..
I just don't know what to do.. it's really taking its toll on me as I'm exhausted ..
she eats and drinks mor than enough during the day and I've tried everything from cutting naps out to letting her sleep longer or shorter to see if it helps.. she's always slept through so it's a big shock to my system but after nearly two months of constant being awake and crying I'm just broken
