Bedtime/Feeding - 12 Week Old

My little girl is 12 weeks and is formula fed. She's doing pretty well on a 3 hour feeding pattern in the day which she established herself at 9 weeks. She goes roughly 8am, 11am, 2pm, 5pm & 8pm. Then sleeps until 4am ish and back down until 8am. She doesn't nap much in the day at all. She never has. Even as a one week old, she was awake most of the day! She catnaps about 20 minutes on each feed 'cycle'.

She drinks 4-5oz on each feed. She has reflux (fairly well managed on Gaviscon) and seems to not be able to stomach more than 5oz or it just comes back. So I'd struggle to get more food down her in the day.

Which is absoloutly fine except she's exhausted by 6/7pm and very ready for bed. But not fussing for food at all. By the time we feed her at 8pm when she's clearly hungry, she's so exhausted she drinks 1oz and falls asleep for the night! We've started dream feeding at 11ish to give her the feed she essentially missed!

Does anyone have any tips on shifting her feeding to suit her need for an earlier bedtime? Shes usually still asleep at 7am, should I wake her & try start her feeding for the day then? Or should we just do bedtime for 7pm and offer her a feed an hour earlier than she fusses for? Or something else?!

Thanks for any advice!

I would try reducing those cycles to 2h30m. So one feed and one nap in every two and a half hour block of the day.
