Have had a month or two of dd (9mths) waking a few times at night and then last night took her to see friend. Strange travel cot, strange house, strange people and guess what she slept through!!!

How weird??

Did she like matress in travel cot better, was the house warmer? Was it just coincidence?

I hope she does it again tonight!!!!

babies are sooooooooooooo minxy aren't they? Ds has no comprehendable rules as to when he chooses to sleep through or not.

I found ds slept better with more noise in the house. Has she reached a new milestone? I remember ds woke in the middle of the night standing up in his cot not knowing how to get down again, started when he started pulling himself up, I just had to teach him to sit down and that sorted it out. However i've read that they can also do it in their sleep and wake up from it.

Yes, dd sat up in her cot this evening and looked very confused!
