Please someone help

Dd two weeks ago finally started 630/7am last week had a virus so sleep was all over the place now this week she's better but her night waking are more frequent. She still doesn't do long naps through the day which I'm going to try and fix or help become longer if that the problem she just doesn't sleep long during the day. All this week been waking up three/five hours after put down won't settle so I'm up for two hours where then I'm just giving her a bottle to go back to sleep. Last few morning's her wake upd have become.earlier so yesterday was 550 today not sure probably be five. She's just started this weekto pull herself up on cot and seats etc can crawl fast and has two teeth already. Please be gentle I'm so sleep deprived

It's fine to give a night feed if that gets baby back off to sleep.

It's normal that sleep goes rubbish around this stage. In that large wake up at night, try to keep baby in the cot and do all of your settling in the cot, if p osdible. Having the cot next to your bed makes this easier - just dangle an arm over the side of the cot.

Then, whilst trying to comfort, reinsert dummy and whatnot, largely just be consistant and persistant. That nothing else will be happening in the night aside from going to sleep or trying to go to sleep. It may take ages, but don't do anything else.
