4yr old dsd is with her dad 2 days a week. Everything is fab on a day to day basis but still has her afternoon nap usually about an hour or so. But when she wakes she always crys quite a bit is this normal? She doesn't when she wakes up in the morning. Thanks :)

Do you wake her up from her afternoon nap? Or does she wake herself?

Crying upon waking is usually when still tired, for example if woken from a deep sleep rather than naturally waking up.

Does she sleep well at night?

She usually wakes herself. She does sleep well at night normally 8-7 though is often tired
