Waking after 20 minutes

Every night my baby goes down at 7pm without a fuss and takes as much milk as he needs before falling asleep. I make sure he doesn't want anymore by waking him by blowing gently on his face. He never seems to want more at this point.
Without fail, every night he then wakes 20-30 minutes later and wants more milk! He maybe takes an ounce or so more then back to sleep. How can I avoid this?! I exclusively breastfed for the first 7 weeks but changed to combination feeding two weeks ago. His day time and bed time feeds are bottles and night feeds are breastfed. He is now 9 weeks.
Would be interested to hear if anyone else has similar issues! Not sure if it is a phase that will pass or a bad habit that is developing.

At 9 weeks old everything will change and change again many times over the coming weeks and months.

Really don't stress about anything at this age. Just learn to resettle back to sleep. It's not a problem, happens loads and it's nothing you need to change.
