My 6 yo wakes every couple of weeks in the night and can't get back to sleep. Last night she was awake between 1.30 & 4 so today she's shattered & I'm shattered. She woke up initially as she needed the loo, then came through about an hour later as something else was up then about 30 minutes after that she came through as she was scared. She shares a room with her sister (through choice - both of them) and we leave a lamp on on the landing.
Does anyone have any good suggestions for helping her get back to sleep more quickly?
