Early wake ups during pregnancy

I'm 17 weeks pregnant now and wake up at 5.15 or earlier every day. It was 4.45 today. I'm so tired!!

I had this with my first pregnancy too. Does anyone know how I can sleep longer? Once I wake up I cannot get back to sleep even though I'm so tired

I'm the same, always between 3 and 5am! It's been like it for me since about 25 weeks. I'm 36 weeks now so very used to it but very tired as nothing helps and if I try and grab a nap it makes it worse.
Wish I had a solution but guess it's just one of those pregnancy things!

24 weeks here and ditto 🙄 Somewhere between 3&5am every day. Wish I knew why. Having to do a 12 hour day with my 2 & 3 year olds is a killer at the mo ! Just keep telling myself it will get worse when baby is here so try to appreciate what sleep I do get now !!

Sorry I was the same, in the last few weeks I was getting around 2 hours a night Shock it seems to go away when the baby is born. I know that doesn't help

Did you find you had more energy once the baby was born, despite more sleepless nights?!

Yes and I slept loads better once he was born (it was better quality sleep)
