18 month old suddenly waking in the night

Our 18 month old has always been a good sleeper, but recently she's been waking in the night screaming frantically! She keeps taking her sleeping bag off herself and then sit in her cot spitting until one of us goes in but when we lie her back down and go to leave she starts screaming again!
We've tried giving her a bottle to settle her but that doesn't work!
The worst thing about all this, I'm pregnant and due in 2 weeks! I really don't want to be up with my 18 month old and a newborn at the same time!! Sad
Any help would be great!!

She keeps taking her sleeping bag off

Is it the type with poppers over the shoulders? You need to swap to the other type once this age. The ones that zip up the middle, like a cardigan does, are more appropriate once toddler can stand up. If he can undo the zip himself (very advanced for 18 months, but mine have sometines started doing this as they neared being 3 years old, so in the 18-36m sized sleeping bag) then out put the sleeping bag on backwards so the zip is up toddlers spine.

I'm In addition you might want to try a night light or leaving the door open when she goes to sleep and hanging around upstairs. It might be a bit of separation anxiety.
