Stopping co-sleeping

My DS (now 3.2 years) had always been a horrendous sleeper, has only ever slept through the night 6 times ever... just over a year ago we were at breaking point and so ended up co-sleeping from late evening, just so we got some sleep.

It's not awful, but we are reaching the point where our sleep is disturbed because of it, and we'd really like him to be in his own bed.

We are also ttc and so would like to deal with this before I get to being really tired/sick/big bump.

Any tips, advice, suggestions? I don't really know where to start.

If you've got the kindle app, download a sample of this book to see if you like it. It fits in with my parenting style but appreciate that not everyone is the same Smile

Any other ideas or help with stopping co-sleeping for a toddler?
