Ok so I post quite a lot regarding my 19 week DD but ftm and really haven't a clue!
For the past 3 weeks she has been really good at napping, I put her down in her cot leave the room and after 3-4 minutes she's asleep!
Today on the other hand she has been a nightmare she has slept for a total of 80 mins all day!
She's really cranky and crying but there's nothing wrong health wise, she's not hungry she just needs to sleep!
Could she have attempted to drop a nap and got really tired?
Please any advice for a very stressed out mummy

Development leap?

On another note, you know recommendations are for them to sleep in the same room as an adult until they're at least 6 months, don't you? That includes naps.

It's not unusual that you need to actively work hard to get baby to sleep.

How long is she awake between naps ususlly? And what do you try to do to help her sleep when she's struggling to sleep?

Oh, and Tilly is right. Just to reitterate, baby should be napping in the same room you are until 6 months old.
