When do you put your little one in a bed from a cot

My LO Is 19 months old and sleeps well in the cot.

I have a 2 month year old and we were thinking of putting 19 month old in a bed and 2 month old in the cot but I don't want his sleep habits to be ruined because at the moment he sleeps all night in the cot.

What she did you put your LO in a bed and what were your experiences?

Aged 3 and a bit with all of my children.

2.3 when he could climb out of the cot. . Into the bottom bunk with ds 8 on the top!
Loved it and never had any problem. Sleeps 12hrs every night. . Never stirs. .
Gate on the door as there is a spiral staircase near the door. .

The 19 month old slept in The double bed and slept all night so I may just try it for a week on and off and see how he skeeps
