4 month old routine

My son will be 4 months on Sunday. I think he is ready to drop from 4-3 naps as his naps are becoming longer and Im struggling to fit a 4th nap in-sometimes this occurs at 530 and I curb the nap at 6pm. Bedtime around 7.30-8pm.
This morning he slept for 2 hours until 1030 (I woke him). Lunchtime nap started at 1215. Should I limit this to let him have 2 more shorter naps before bed. If I don't he will have around 5 hours sleep a day. Is this too much? Will it impact on his nightime sleep? So, if goes to bed at 7pm, will he be awake at 5am? And then need more daytime sleep to see him through?
He can barely stay awake 90mins-2 hours between naps.
What are your 4 month olds doing?
