My lb is 14months old. I can only assume he is going through this phase of sleep seperation anxiety of a night? I put him up to bed between 7-7:30 he will sleep well untill 12am then he wakes every hour. Some nights he will wake crying or he is wide awake standing up in his cot. He has been in his own room since he was 6 months old i don't know what has changed. Is there anything i can do to help him? Thanks for any advice x

How does he go to sleep at bedtime?

What's his daytime sleep like?

He does go to sleep fine when he is tired though! If he isn't tired then of course he kicks off crying.

He will have a moring nap at 9 till 10 which he sleeps in his pram then an afternoon one around 2/2:30 for an hour when i am out shopping x

Some family members think its due to his cot being so big? Its a cot bed. They think he feels to alone in it. Was thinking i should get him a toddler bed or is he too young for one? X
