DD wakes up screaming

DD, almost 1, has been waking up past few nights screaming, not sure if it's night terrors or teething? Just put her down earlier and she has already woken up screaming, had to put her on my bed to settle her and then transfer her back to cot.

Is this common at this age? Would really like a night where she only wakes up once!

My little one was constantly like that and it was all due to over tiredness and teething

Sounds like night terrors. I got told to wake ds2 when he got them. He nearly injured himself a few times with them. They seemed to ease off by the time he was 2 though. He's now 4 and hasn't had one in a while
