What time do they go to bed? And fall asleep ?

And what time do they usually wake up?

Mine has never needed as much sleep as the guidelines say
He averages about 9/10 hours a night, and still has about 800x the energy I have!

Mine goes to bed 7-30 asleep by 8pm. Up at 7 am.

singymummy · 10/03/2017 08:52

My DS bedtime is 7:30, and was asleep by 8.
He used to sleep until 7:45am (earliest, with a struggle getting him up for school not a morning person to say the least!)

He's recently started waking at 6/6:30, and struggles to fall asleep before half 8 atm.

I'm worried he's not getting enough sleep.
His concentration & energy levels don't seem to have changed but it's literally a 2 hour difference of sleep

So I'm curious what the "norm" is Confused

My 7 yo can't get to sleep due to brain whirring so 9.45 even 10.30 some nights! Therefore she finds it hard to wake in the morning for school. Horrendous.
