Dummy at Bedtime

My daughter is 2.5 and tonight is the first night without a dummy!
She hasn't asked for one or caused to much of a fuss which is good, however I have been watching her on the monitor and she seems to be biting her arms and hands - is this normal?
How can I get her to stop?
Any advice much appreciated 😊

Ohhhh that's exciting! Great news too.

While I probably wouldn't disturb her tonight if she's settled, could you give her something else to bite/chew tomorrow? Maybe a toy or teddy?
