recently DD (15 months) hasn't been napping til around 5-6pm, sleeping for a couple of hours then not going down for the night til 11-12pm and waking up around 9am.

she used to nap at 3ish and go the bed at 9ish to wake up at 8ish which was ideal but its just got later and later, anyone know how to make her sleep earlier?

I think you need to wake her up at 7am then try for a nap at 1/2pm. Bring the whole day forward.

Or if 7AM is to horrifying then 8am.

Be consistant.

That is all it needs. A consistant wake up time, a consistant nap time and a 1h window for bedtime, depending on the length of the nap.

I'd suggest:

7am - wake baby
1pm nap time - leave to wake naturally but expect 3-4pm wake up.
7-.30-8.30pm bedtime
