In your experiences, do they help?
My 3 year old wakes up every morning between 4-6 am thinking it's time to get up. Any recommendations for any particular one also?

We used the gro clock - but prob won't use for number 2 as the blue light is so strong and can't be dimmed enough. Blue light also isn't conducive to sleep so will be looking at the ones that the bunny ears pop up or similar this time round....

We had a nightlight clock - bottom half was a sleeping rabbit, top half was a wide awake rabbit. DS1 was around 3 years old, and a terrible sleeper - it worked!

This one. I remember I couldn't get hold of bulbs, and ended up phoning to manufacturer in tears (I'd just had ds2, and was up 10 times per night, between the two if them).

The guy on the phone put a handful if an envelope and stuck them in the post while he was on the phone, and just asked me to send a cheque by return! He was lovely.

Kid'Sleep Classic Nightlight. It's on Amazon.

We used a gro clock. Worked like a dream. 6yo ds still uses his and will do until he can tell the time.
