Going backwards with sleep

Initially we had issues with getting baby to fall asleep but once asleep she would sleep well - block of about 4 hours. This improved and she began sleeping from 11-5 during the night. She had her vaccinations and since then things have gone from bad to worse.

Initially suddenly waking at 3am which she had never done despite being tiny (usual pattern of waking was 10pm/1am/5am when she was newly born) The last two nights have been a nightmare she has woken every single hour between 11-6 but she's not looking for feed, for example we offered the bottle and she only took 20ml which isn't even an ounce. She was hungry by 6 when she finally took 4oz. Nothing else has changed. She goes to bed happily at 9pm and slept 2 hours until 11pm where we started offering milk but she's just not interested

Any ideas? I know sleep isn't linear but this is incredibly draining and difficult to function with!

Have you tried a dummy?

I would also suggest more frequent daytime feeds to calorie load through the daytime.
