For the past ten days or so my seven month old baby just won't settle at bedtime. She has just had two teeth through (her first ones) but even with calpol etc she won't go to sleep until after 9pm, sometimes a lot later. Her bedtime has been 7pm for a while.
I've tried everything I can think of: dummy, feeding to sleep, changing nap times...nothing has made a difference. Sometimes she does fall asleep on the boob about 9pm but not at the usual bedtime. I'm not spending any time with my husband anymore and feel exhausted being on the go all day. Any advice?
