What is a good time to be getting a 15 week old baby down for the night?

BHS and SIDS guidelines are very clear that baby should be in the same room you are at all times until 6 months.

So the answer is whenever you go to bed.

While I might relax these rules if I had a 5 or so month old who was not waking at all during the evening, I wouldn't even consider it with a 15 week old, even if sleeping through.

I would change into sleepwear and do "bedtime routine" at any wake up that hapiens between 7pm-9pm. Then bring baby back downstairs for a further nap and some cluster feeding.

Whenever baby wakes up at around 9.30-11pm, I'd use that as my signal for me to go to bed and take baby with me.
