Nearly 2 and doesnt sleep through

Does anyone have any suggestions. My little one is 2 on Sunday..and still doesnt sleep through on a continuous basis. Probably once a month if lucky...awakes for a bottle any time between 12.30 and 4.00 am. Goes down about 8....suggestions anyone

I think you could probably cut the bottle now with a clear conscience!

When we night-weaned DS, DH went into him and cuddled him back to sleep. It did take a while, and DS wasn't happy at being deprived of his feed, but he wasn't ever left to cry on his own. Lots of cuddles, just no milk!
