Please help! 9month old sleeps pattern chafe

Can someone help me please
My LG is 9months old & up until a month ago was sleeping through like an angel from 6weeks old.
Now she wakes up 30 minutes after I put her in her cot & then wakes up a further 2-3 times a night.
I'm due to to back to work in a couple of weeks & my OH works nights I'm worried that I'm not going to be able to cope.
Has anyone experienced this?
She's weaned & CMPA so dairy free.

Please help xxx

She also has 6 teeth & I give her calpol & teething gel before bed. She goes back to sleep when I bring her downstairs and cuddle her.
