9month old won't sleep

My 9month old son, used to sleep all night in his cot but now he doesn't sleep at night and is literally up all night either crying or wanting 2 play. I'm not sure if it's because he's teething, any advice would be much appreciated.

Snap my son has gone back to two night feeds and up at 530 climbing up his cot etc not sure if it's due to him to crawling recently

I can't give advice but we're in the same situation. My 9 month old has started waking regularly and wanting to be held constantly. Fingers cross it's a phase which passes quickly.

Can I join in? 8 month old having a period of a couple of hours up every night. Not as bad as yours, but I've got to get up for work in an hour and I've already been up since 3:30.

We have this most nights at the moment. Though usually earlier, 2-4ish.

Currently screaming. I have no idea why.

He finally went back to sleep around 5ish. I managed to get about another 10 minutes sleep before my alarm went off and then was snoozed 6 times.

Sleeping was a bad idea. I feel awful now. Should have stayed awake.

Hope the others here managed to get some rest.

My baby is 9.5 months and identical! 5am wakings plus more through the night, clingy and screaming throughout the day! It must be a phase if all our babies are going through it right? (Please let it be a phase Sad)

There is apparently a 8-10 month sleep regression. It definitely happened for us! I think separation anxiety can happen around this age as well. LG is 1 now and sleep is a lot better. Hang in there!

Thanks that gives me hope Smile

Ds has been a rubbish sleeper since 3 months but the last couple of months have been the hardest yet! He's nearly 11 months now and the periods of being awake for ages in the middle of the night seem to have stopped so hang in there as it's all just a phase. Ds still wakes 5-6 times a night (or more) but I co-sleep for most of it and bar the odd rubbish night of crying at every wake and feeding for what feels like all bloody night, he now mostly goes back to sleep again after each feed. Hold in there!
