Naps for childminder

Just after some advice.

DD is 3 months and I'm back to work in 3 weeks. Currently she has the vast majority of her naps in a sling or co-sleeping with me. I love this and am happy to keep slinging as long as it works.

However CM wouldn't be up for using a sling for various legitimate reasons so I need to work in alternatives.

I have a 2 year old DD1 which means CM won't have lots of time to settle DD2 for naps. Baby isn't keen on the buggy generally so should I focus on trying to get her to nap in cot for the first morning nap? I've no idea how to make that work so that she goes down relatively quickly.

We also have a baby bjorn bouncer but I'm not sure how she'd manage to sleep with that with DD1 running riot.

Anyone in a similar situation with advice? It's stressing me a bit. I'd love to be able to stay home with them and just cuddle and sling forever Sad
