Hi, I have a nearly 9 month old and he is a worm especially of a night when I put him down to sleep he wiggles around but that isn't the problem I don't mind that I can just move him back. The problem is other morning he woke me up with a loud scream i found him wrapped up in his blanket including over his face he couldn't get it off! He sleeps in a grow bag but i'm scared now to give him a blanket. Is there anything I can try? Or is a grow bag enough to keep him warm? Thanks for any tips x

A gro-bag is enough to keep him warm. They used to come with little charts telling you what to dress the baby in according to room temp and tog.

Or fleece pjs instead of a grobag?

You don't need a blanket as well as a grobag if the grobag is the right tog. Have a look on their website and it'll explain what to pop your baby in depending on the nursery temperature
