6am on the dot every day!

I have a 3 week old daughter who is an extremely fidgety asleep or awake. However, when in a deep sleep at night she is much calmer, however for the past 3 days at 6am on the dot i hear her moving around a making alot of noise. I think she is still asleep but i feel like its disturbing her and me. I just wanted to know if anyone had any idea why its the same time and what is happening. Thank you :)

Mine does similar, at times a very deep sleep and doesn't move but at other times (usually around 4am) is in a lighter sleep and moves around a lot.
I think it's just because they have such short sleep cycles at that age. Perfectly normal
