What should a 6 month + baby wear to bed (Autumn/Winter)

My twins turn 6 months in two weeks, and as the weather is starting to be colder at night and they are now complete wriggle bums in their sleep (turning over, ended up completely the opposite end of the cot to where I lay them), I wondered what's best for them to sleep in?
Until now the weathers been warmish so it's been body suits and/or sleep suits.

What would you recommend for Autumn and then winter?
I was thinking those grow bags (not sure what tog would be suitable?)

I found this so helpful! gro.co.uk/what-to-wear/#EN

My 6 month old is in a 2.5 tog sleeping bag, long sleeved sleepsuit with feet, and a short sleeved vest. I have discovered that she sleeps much better when she's cosy but our bedroom does get quite chilly so it depends what the room temp is like for your little ones too.

Mine the same as Squaffle (short sleeved vest, sleep suit and 2.5 tog sleeping bag). I use the gro-egg to tell if need to change (or put heating on)

Definitely recommend sleeping bags too as babies move so much at this age and blankets are never going to stay on. My DDs been in one since newborn and have been fantastic.
