The October clock change

Hi

Just wondering if anyone has any tips for the up coming clock change at the end of October. My dd is 15 months old nearly and goes to bed at 7.15 and generally wakes up at 6. How do we go about trying to help her (& us!) with the hour change in time? Thank you.

This hadn't even occurred to me! Shamelessly placemarking as I'm sure I'm going to need all the help I can get.

Move bedtime by 15 mins a night.

Oh yes, place mark! Spike- how long in advance do we move bed time from please? Is it just four nights before to make up the hour or a week or so before? Thank you.

Yes, something like that. It worked for DD.

Sorry, I meant either of those! Am half asleep. Could do 10 mins a night for 6 nights until the clocks change.

Thanks spike, fingers crossed! Will give it a go and hope for the best!
