Baby always wakes up crying

My 8week old always wakes from naps / during night crying rather than opening his eyes...(even if not hungry)...is that normal? Is it something they grow out of?

Seems pretty much like my baby so I'd say it's probably normal for some. If he wakes up on me he doesn't always cry but the majority of the time he's always woken up and cried. He's now 7 mths.
You are not doing anything wrong. Smile
