4 month sleep regression

4mo DD is a fairly good sleeper and we seem to have gotten away with 4m regression fairly lightly so far DS was an awful sleeper from day 1 so I'm owed a good one .

However she has started being very unsettled between going to sleep (around 7pm) and about 9/10pm when we go to bed.

We thought she might be disturbed by being downstairs with tv/lights etc. So tried her in her own room but it made no difference.

Sound like it's just part of the regression or something else?

Babies usually like to cluster feed around this time. Both in the form of comfort sucking and constant feeding.

She is ebf but won't feed (it's my first resort to solve crying but annoyingly she only want to feed for hunger unlike her brother). She didn't want a dummy either last night and just cried and cried until I have her Calpol to rule out pain and she conked out and slept beautifully. I think it's probably the start of teething.
