Dream feeding

I was not sure where to put this. My DD is 14 weeks and is now ff feed. She briefly slept through the night and then moved to waking up once a night and is now waking up twice a night for feeds. After feeding she sings for 30 mins before sleep. She wakes at other times but popping the dummy in and a quick sush pat and she goes back to sleep.

Would dream feeding her at 12 help her to sleep better or will I just piss her off for waking her up. It goes against my instincts to wake up a sleeping baby.
