Anyone else had problems with Millpond Sleep Clinic? We felt quite supported at first trying to gently help our one year old stop waking sometimes hourly but then we felt pushed into forcing nightweaning and other things we didn't feel comfortable with. In the end our sleep consultant would just agree with our suggestions and we felt like we were asking too many awkward questions. The founder stepped in to try to help but we felt belittled and like we were just being told off for not complying. We stopped and when we asked if a partial refund was possible as we were now in a worse position than when we started we were offered a 20% refund. Just wondered if anyone else experienced problems and how they were resolved?
