Just interested as my baby has started napping from 9-12 and don't know if it is a blip or not, he is 1 year old.

about a year....! she sleeps 12-2.30 ...

One nap a day from about that age is normal, but 3 hours is a long nap! That's great. My dd never manages much more than 40 minutes once a day, she's 16 months.

about 10/11 months... and then only for 45 mins (if we were lucky)

Difers, my l has gone from napping after lunch (12ish - 2ish) to 10-12 or 1, I'm finding it a bit of a nightmare as he could do with another little catnap in the afternoon but isn't tired enough to have one but too tired to go to bed (about 6ish at the minute), he is 13 months btw

My son Ryan who is nearly 2 in March.

Since he was a year old, he always had a nap between 12.30pm-2/2.30pm. Never let him sleep pass 3pm.
