EBF - Reflux choking

Looking for any tips/good news stories!

DD - 4 weeks old and EBF started having weird breathing after feeds last night - kinda gurgling and occasional high pitched whine. Throughout the night she kept gagging and would stop breathing/panic. I grabbed her, sat her upright and she started breathing again.

Went to see the doc today who said it's no reflux but everything tells me it is. She doesn't actually throw up though.

Today have tried gripe water and infacol. Also keeping her upright in the sling but she still seems really unsettled.

Any tips?

The NHS recommend a dummy to help with reflux. Is your breastfeeding established? Might be worth giving it a try.
