6 month old bed time

Just wondering what time is an appropriate time for a 6 month old to go to bed?

We initially were putting DD to bed at 7 but the 4 month sleep regression nearly killed me and a friend suggested an earlier bed time so we put her to bed for 6. However, bed time is now worse than ever so just wondered if anyone could suggest a suitable bedtime? Should we revert to 7pm?

DS2 is 10 months. We have 7pm at the earliest, 11pm at the latest. While I'm on ML I just follow his lead, depends what time he wakes up/ naps. Bedtime is normally 4 hours after he wakes from his last nap. We do have a bedtime routine...upstairs, brush teeth, dark room, pj's, bf but not a set bed time.

Our dc3 is 7 mths and she's normally asleep by 7, as are/were the other 2 since they were 4 mths approx. She's a bloody nightmare to get down though, even though she has a well timed afternoon nap etc so any tips would be welcomed too!!

My son is 6months old now and seems to have settled for 7.45-8.15 as the sweet spot for sleep. We tried earlier and he didn't go for it (as yet) and later seemed to mess with his mind...
