17 week old sleep

Hi.
My 17 week old when she is sleeping. Fidgets, wriggles, eyes pop open, she sleeps with one eye half open. All the time.
She never gets into a deep sleep and I'm worried it's the reason she is so tired all day long?

Mine's the same! But sleeps for a few hours at a time at night so must get into a deep sleep at some point?! I'm sure someone with more knowledge will come along soon!!!
