8 month old waking an hour after going to bed then continually through the evening

Help. My lo goes to bed, self settles for an hour or so and then wakes up continually for pretty much the rest of the evening.

This has been going on for a few weeks, sometimes milk will settle her, sometimes not.

I'm back at work now and completely shattered. Does anyone have any tips?
