4 month regression - daytime sleep

We've hit the dreaded regression. NIght time sleep isn't TOO bad - dd wakes 3 times instead of twice, so it's OK.

But daytime sleep has gone to pot completely - no matter what i do, she will only catnap, never for more than 30 minutes. And she is sometimes awake for a good four hours.

Did anyone else find the regression to be a problem for daytime sleep? Did it resolve itself into longer naps eventually/soonish?

My DD was similar although she was never a great sleeper. At around 14 weeks she started only taking 30 minute naps during the day, the only way I could get her to go any longer was to lie down with her but obviously that isn't always practical. She's now 8 months and will nap for around 90 minutes at a time, she's been this way for a few weeks now.

Hang on in there, it does get better Flowers
