Hi Everyone. I've got a 4 day old handsome little fella. Seems that he is a nocturnal feeder. Just wondering if anyone else has experience of this? he's very content during the day to feed every few hours and sleeps for a couple of hours at a time. But come the evening he wants to feed every 30 minutes/hour from about 10pm until 5am. does anyone else have experienceof this? is it cluster feeding and does it normally pass in a few weeks?

thanks
Amy

Breastfeeding? Yes it's building up your supply, it's tiring though! Try and sleep when he sleeps during the day, cliche I know but it's how to get through it! He doesn't know the difference between night and day yet, I think they get it around 6 weeks.

Congratulations!

Absolutely normal and probably not what you want to hear but very normal and he is building your supply.
