We've just come back from our Christmas hols in Toronto last week, and both ds1(3) and ds2(1) are having problems adjusting to the time difference. Ds2 is worst: he's up partying until 1 every night, and then up several times during the night. As we have to be up by 7am to go to work and nursery this night time partying doesnt give us much rest/sleep. Last night I tried to let him cry it out in his bed, but this made both him and me so upset, that i wouldnt want to repeat that. Any advice on how to get him to sleep through thenight without controlled crying? He's never been a particularly good sleeper (used to wake once), but this sleeping pattern is making us all exhausted...help!
