My DD almost 25 weeks had been sleeping through the night to about 3 months then was ill before christmas and spent a couple of days in hospital-and since then has been waking twice a night for feeds. Shes exclusively breastfed and is still gaining well, but i just don't know how to get her to sleep though again!!

I know this is not nearly as bad as some of you have it so i feel bad for asking!

Also think i've made a rod for my own back because she has always fallen into a deep sleep after her last feed of the day so we've always put her down asleep......so now i'm worried she can't get herself off to sleep and i really don't know what i can do about it........please any suggestions would be great!
