Advice needed! I know its all been asked before but ....Any suggestions to get my dd to sleep later in the morning, we are lucky in that she sleeps through unless teething and then Medised gets her settled agin quickly. However she is now waking at 5.30 regularly and this has been happening for the last 2/3 months. Before that it was 6.30 or 7am. She is always hungry for her milk in the morning and I wondered how much you give at night,I give 7oz at 7.15 and she is in bed at 7.30 evrynight.
She sleeps for about 1 1/2- 2 hours at lunch time, do you think I should wake her after and hour.

Any suggestions welcome

Redwood, check out my thread 'summer waking early' or something like that. You'll see that a few of us with similar aged kids are having the same problem. I doubt it's hunger if she was previously going through til later in the morning, it definitely isn't with my dd who's so-so about her morning milk whatever hour she wakes. I think it's to do with lighter mornings which we can't change apart from blackout curtains etc. But it's very very hard. Today I was up at 6 and am a zombie! But hey, join in the other thread then we can keep it all in the same place.
