Sometimes my little boy (15 weeks born at 35+5) goes off to sleep very peaceful and won't stir for a good 6 hours, but more often than not he's sleeping but very fidgety, groaning and arching his back/straining... Sometimes even whimpering, but still sleeps 5-6 hours (I don't sleep because I'm making sure he's okay when he's wriggling around in his basket moaning and groaning!) does anyone know why he does this, is it something I'm doing wrong. My husband things it's because he's fallen asleep in my arms and then I put him down and sometimes he doesn't like it. Any ores or advice would be extremely welcome.

I think 15 weeks was around the time we moved DD into her own room. Not everyone's cup of tea, but worked for us.
