Swapping from grobag

Dd is now 19 months and has always slept in a grobag. Over the last few weeks, every night she has removed her grobag. I'm worried about her getting cold and think I need to swap her to a blanket or a duvet. She moves around so much in her sleep I'm worried she will become entangled.

What's best to use, blankets or duvet? Should I give her a pillow or is she to young?

Any advice gratefully received.

We went froma grobag to a snugglesac. They do come out of them but there is no risk of entanglement.
