teething

Do babies become very hungry when teething?
Dd is 20 weeks and has been very cranky this week with her teeth. She's also been waking up 1 to 2 hourly starving. Before this she was sleeping through most nights or waking up around 4am for a feed.
Is it just her teeth or could it be a sign to start weaning?

Thanks

Could be a growth spurt? Or if it's her teeth she could want to comfort suck?

I thought could be growth spurt.
Her milk intake has increased massively in the last week or so.

Sounds like growth spurt.
